Commercial Rider Warranty Policy

Dear Rider,

Thank you for using OVIVO for your daily deliveries — we truly appreciate the hard work you put in.

We would like to inform you about an important update to our warranty policy for commercial use (food-delivery services). For high-intensity usage, the motor warranty remains valid up to 5,000 km within the first 12 months.

To ensure a fair and transparent process for all riders, every warranty request must include:

• A clear photo of the odometer showing the current KM
• The bike’s serial number
• A technical inspection of the internal controller data to confirm the actual total usage

Please note:
If the internal system shows the motor has already exceeded 5,000 km within 12 months, the warranty will not apply — even if the display reading appears lower.
