Product Return – Guaranteed 14 Days for Return

According to the Act of May 30, 2014, “On Consumer Rights,” you have the right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

You can exercise this right if you submit a written statement of withdrawal from the contract within the above-mentioned period.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send a statement of withdrawal electronically through the return form or to the email address service@ovivobikes.com. We prefer returns made through the return form for easier and faster processing.

You should return the product without undue delay, within no more than 14 days, to the address indicated by the administrator in response to your notification.

You bear the cost of the return shipment on your own. You can estimate the approximate cost of return based on our “Delivery Time and Costs” section, but remember that the store may have discounts with carriers, so the individual cost of return may be higher than the cost of shipping to you.

Remember that the right to withdraw from the contract does not give you the opportunity to use the product for free. According to regulations, if the returned product was used to a greater extent than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, the seller has the right to charge the buyer for the costs of diminishing its value.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, you receive a refund of the amount paid for the purchase – the price of the products, the smallest available shipping costs in the store, and other costs except for the aforementioned return costs. The money will be sent back in the same way you made the payment unless you agree to another form. This will happen immediately after we receive the returned purchase.

According to the law, the right of return does not apply, among others, when the object of sale is:

  • A non-prefabricated item, created on the individual order of the consumer,
  • An item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life,
  • An item delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or for hygienic reasons,
  • Items that, after delivery, due to their nature, become inseparably connected with other items,
  • Audio or visual recordings delivered in sealed packaging if the packaging has been opened after delivery,
  • Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription agreements,
  • Digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium if the performance of the service began with the express consent of the consumer.

Product Return for Contractors

After returning the goods, we will count them and issue a corrective invoice without undue delay, but no later than 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the warehouse, and we will send it to the email address provided during registration. On your part, you will need to sign and stamp the document and send it back to us in paper form to the above address.

For such a return to be accepted by us at the warehouse, please fill out the form (faster and easier form of returns) or send us a notification containing the Contractor’s data, quantity and type of returned goods, and information on why you are making this return in electronic form to the email address service@ovivobikes.com.

Returned products should be properly protected against damage during transport, and you should cover the shipping costs on your own. The condition for positive consideration of the return is the impeccable condition of the returned goods, i.e., unwrinkled, untorn packaging, no price tags, inscriptions, and no signs of assembly and use of the product.

Products sold on special order, about which the contractor will be informed when placing the order, are not subject to return.
