In addition to the store, we also have a workshop where we offer direct assistance to our customers.

Repair and technical support services include:

Replacement and repair of damaged parts such as:

  • Engines
  • Accelerators
  • Cables and Wiring
  • Controllers
  • Lighting Devices (LED and Lamps)
  • Tires (all types)
  • Rims
  • Discs, Brakes, and Brake Pads
  • Batteries (depending on availability)

Installation of third-party accessories, both purchased in our store and supplied by the customer.

Paid exchange:

  • Inner tubes
  • Tires
  • Solid Wheels – Brake Pads or Brake Parts in General

What does the process of accepting a service vehicle look like?

  • Acceptance of the device and completion of the service ticket
  • Fault analysis and free diagnosis upon delivery
  • Cost estimate and diagnosis for devices without warranty
  • Diagnosis of the device directly by the technician
  • Communication with the customer regarding possible faults or confirmation of costs
  • Receipt of the device

Diagnosis communication time:

The diagnostic result is communicated by phone, email, or WhatsApp

It is possible that some devices will require a longer repair. Especially if they are models that we do not support or do not have spare parts. In this case, you will be immediately notified of new repair dates.

Average device return time:

If the devices in the service are models that we service and have spare parts, the collection will be possible within 2 days. We try to ensure that the repair time does not exceed 14 working days.

Warranty: E-Bikes purchased from us have a 2-year warranty for the electrical parts, such as the motor, controller, and display failures, and 6 months for the battery.

The replacement of wearing parts is not covered by the warranty and is subject to a fee.
